Shipping & Return Policy
Our ship time is 3-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays to receive if you are in Indonesia, the shipping method chosen at check-out reflects the time it takes for DHL to deliver your package, not us. It does not move an order up in our queue.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If you notice the shipping address provided at check-out was incorrect, you can do the corrections by reply back to your order confirmation email within (4) hours. However, once your order has shipped, adjustments can no longer be made.
Tracking is strongly recommended as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please understand that if you are not in Indonesia, there may be a possibility that a customs tax or fee will be administered by your country. We are not responsible for this fee and it is out of our control.
Damaged Items & Returns
Please inspect the package when you received the goods for any damage, that may happened during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton looks some wear but if damage effecting to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box and email us immediately at email@example.com or contact us +62-8113866999 to initiate your return.
All returns must be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which the items were originally received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to the email address provided . Refunds, takes about 7-14 business days depending on your bank, to appear in your account again. depending on the card issuing bank. This is the standard time frame of the bank. Some banks may take longer.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, a return will not be accepted.
